Phase 1
Challenge accepted. By listening to our clients' pain points and experiences, we identify opportunities to improve safety, automation, or performance. Problems worth solving. We translate these insights into requirements.
Phase 2
Now the inspirational work begins, generating ideas and creative concepts. Our cross-functional engineering teams work together to transform each brief into digital CAD concepts. Mechanical, electrical, software and firmware specialists work together to refine the designs, flagging any potential issues.
Phase 3
Digital concepts are transformed into working prototypes in our Innovation & Design Center. Firmware and software apps validate functionality and performance, as well as integration. Every Rollease Acmeda product needs to work with all Rollease Acmeda products.
Phase 4
Every prototype is put through multiple rounds of evaluation, refinement and iteration. We assess performance, usability, durability and integration, then make the adjustments needed to improve the design. Each round brings the product closer to a smarter, simpler and more reliable final solution.
Phase 5
Our dedicated testing facilities verify performance against global standards and demanding real-world conditions. From lifecycle testing and environmental validation through to software functionality, connectivity, interoperability and smart home integration testing, every product is rigorously validated before release.

Our comprehensive quality control process, guided by ISO standards and regulatory certifications (including CE, FCC, RoHS and Bluetooth compliance) means each product meets the highest possible standards – before going to market.
Push Pro represents a milestone in Rollease Acmeda’s product innovation - our first remote developed entirely by our in-house team of mechanical, electrical and firmware specialists. Through multiple rounds of design refinement, Push Pro evolved into a true market leader, balancing advanced functionality with intuitive usability.
