Rollease Acmeda Announces Senior Leadership Appointments
to Accelerate Innovation and Customer Experience
Stamford, CT – [October 21, 2025] – Rollease Acmeda, a global leader in precision window covering hardware, automation systems, and textiles, has announced a series of senior leadership changes aimed at strengthening innovation, driving operational agility, and leveraging major investments in facilities and technology to enhance our customers’ experience and profitability.
Mike Schratz has been appointed Chief Product Officer (CPO). In this role, Mike will oversee all global product-related functions, including the Innovation and Design Center (IDC), product management and project management. Mike joined Rollease Acmeda in 2019 and has served as General Manager, Americas and Senior Vice President, managing all regional functions and driving significant market expansion. Prior to Rollease Acmeda, he held several executive roles at Dialight plc, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Marketing & Product Management. Mike also serves on the board of the Jetty Rock Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting coastal communities. He is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
To fill the Americas leadership role, Adri Graham, currently serving as Chief Information Officer, will expand her remit to include General Manager, Americas, combining business leadership with technology strategy and acumen. Adri will oversee all regional functions, including distribution, logistics, production, sales, marketing, and materials planning and procurement. Adri joined Rollease Acmeda in 2024 after a 20-year career with Tyson Foods, where she held multiple senior IT leadership positions, including Senior Director of Information Technology Value Chain Enablement and Senior Director of Business Relationship Management. She earned her degree from the University of Arkansas and brings extensive expertise in technology leadership, process optimization, and digital transformation.
