Coming to Rollease Acmeda has been a true blessing. I got lucky enough to have a great team, and that starts with leadership. I always feel like I have the tools I need, as well as the guidance for me to be my best. The team has grown to a very close-knit group. We had the privilege of going to go kart racing for a team outing, and boy did the competiveness come out. Rollease is not just my job or place of employment, Rollease Acmeda is my future and where I hope to be for a very long time.

 

Working at Rollease Acmeda has been a great experience for me. The team I work with is supportive and always willing to help, which makes even the busiest days feel easier. I appreciate that leadership listens and encourages us to grow and share ideas. There’s a real sense of community here, from everyday teamwork to company events that bring us together. I’ve learned a lot and feel valued for the work I do. Being part of Rollease Acmeda makes me proud, and I’m excited to keep growing with the company.

From associates to all upper management, every single one of them has been a big part of my success here and motivation in wanting to do better. Being a part of a team that not only says they care but shows it speaks volume. Working with people who are more advanced in certain areas than I am but who are willing to take time to show and correct me on how to do things to improve my skills isn't easy to find. Having opportunities that I’ve never had in my past jobs shows me that all my hard work and dedication to this company is being seen and not going unnoticed. Working for a place where they want all of us to succeed and win as a whole is something you can't find in most companies. Looking forward to growing more within the company.
