Rollease Acmeda has gone through many changes in the past few years and we would like to thank you for your continued business. We are embarking on a business change that may impact your purchasing strategy and we wanted to give you plenty of time to understand and react to it.
We have been making several internal changes to ensure that you have the materials you want when you need them. Many changes have already occurred within our Global Supply Chain processes. They include improvements in software, workflow and additional talent to handle our growth.
Why are we contacting you now?
Rollease Acmeda is embarking on an improved shipping experience. We are transitioning to inner and outer pack quantities.
What are inners and outers?
As you might remember, we began by packing our clutches in packs of 25. This change enabled us to ship orders within 48 hours of order placement. We will now implement the same logic with our Automate portfolio.
How might this impact you?
We will ask that you order in inner pack quantities or outer pack quantities. The process will begin informally and transition to a formal procedure in fall 2018. We will notify you a few weeks before we implement. This means if an inner quantity is 5 and an outer quantity is 20, we will ask that you order in these multiples.
