What Is the Warranty on My Shade?
We do not warranty the shade, only the motors and controls.
Battery powered motors are warrantied for 5 years. Controls and Non-battery motors are warrantied for 7 years.
To check your warranty for your shade, please contact the dealer which you've acquired them from.
