We have some exciting news to share with you about improvements to our Logistics & Shipping processes. As part of our continued commitment to operational excellence, we are happy to announce that beginning November 4th, all orders will now ship within 3 business days of the order being released to our warehouse!
What does this change mean for you:

No more dedicated ship days

No more extended fulfillment times

Estimated Ship Dates will be more accurate when viewed in the Customer Portal
To make the order process as efficient as possible, we kindly ask for your assistance with the following:

Submit all orders by 2:00PM ET.

Ensure that your order is complete before submitting it to Customer Service.

Changes to an order once submitted may cause a delay in processing.

We will be unable to accommodate changes on orders once they are released to the warehouse. Additional orders may be entered and combined at the discretion of the distribution facility.

Your account must be in good standing. Orders subject to credit review will be delayed.
Following these simple guidelines will help us maintain a smooth, efficient workflow and avoid delays in our shipping schedule.
