The TR1500 Impulse welder is a multi-purpose semi-automated welding machine for roller blinds. The welding bar performs fabric to fabric welds, joining two pieces of fabric together for larger blind sizes, as well as fabric / PVC to zip welds, for the increasingly popular side fastening systems. Optional manual pocket welding also available. Featuring variable settings for welding and cooling times, with the ability to work with a variety of coated and uncoated fabrics delivering a 10mm weld. Pneumatic cylinders ensure even distribution of clamp pressure for a uniform weld over long widths. The TG1500 is CE certified with safety features including emergency stop buttons and sensors which halt operation in the event of impact detection.
