As you may be aware, recently Damorgold Pty. Ltd. have successfully enforced their patent pertaining to the protection of a spring assisted booster applied to a chain control mechanism.
Rollease Acmeda, as a long term collaborator of Damorgold, have secured a license agreement with Damorgold Pty. Ltd. to continue supplying spring assist products for medium chain controlled roller blind systems - RB08 and RB09.
This license agreement necessitates a AUD$2.50 royalty to be paid per spring, effective as of 1 January 2016.
This royalty will be shown as a separate, net lined charge on each invoice, subsequent to each purchase of a retro-fit spring assist product.
