RE: Upcoming Price Adjustment Effective August 1st, 2026

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your continued support and partnership with Rollease Acmeda.

Over the past year, we have worked hard to maintain stable pricing by improving efficiencies, streamlining operations, and absorbing increased material, freight, and operational costs wherever possible. Despite these efforts, ongoing cost pressures beyond our control now require us to implement a price adjustment to ensure we can continue delivering the quality products, service, and support you expect from us.

Effective August 1st 2026, we will introduce a strategic and measured price adjustment across selected product categories. Additionally, we will revise our Freight Included Service (FIS) order thresholds and standard freight charges.

Category	Adjustment
Zipscreen External products	7% increase on Aluminium profiles (cassette, weight bar, side guide and roller tube profiles) 3% increase on Zipscreen hardware
Motorisation	3% increase across the entire Automate range
Internal Roller products	7% increase on Aluminium profiles (roller tube and bottom rail) 3% increase on all other internal roller hardware
Cassette systems	7% increase on Aluminium profiles (CF75/90 & other cassette profiles) 3% increase on all other cassette system hardware
Verticals	7% increase on Vertical track profiles 3% increase on all other vertical system hardware
Romans, Panels, Curtains	7% increase on Aluminium profiles (curtain track profile, panel and roman profiles) 3% increase on all other roman, panel and curtain system hardware Pricing for the new M33 and S24 curtain track systems will remain unchanged
Awnings	Pricing has been reset. Please contact your RSM for updated price list.

Minimum Order Values for FIS	VIC, NSW, TAS and QLD: $1,500 SA and WA: $1,000
Revised Non-FIS Freight Charges	VIC, QLD & WA : $55 NSW, ACT, TAS & NT : $65 SA : $45

The revised pricing will apply to all orders dispatched and invoiced from Monday, August 3rd 2026.

To ensure fair and equitable supply across our customer base, we will not be accepting bulk advance purchases ahead of the price change.
